Hi, I’m Lena 👋🏼

📍 I’m based in Ann Arbor, Michigan with my husband, dog and 1-year old.

🎨 I love deeply understanding & simplifying the complex. I’m currently leading design at Harness, building software to help accountants run their practices and collaborate with their clients.

🤠 Before this, I’ve found myself going back and forth between larger companies (Angi, Weight Watchers, Bloomberg) and early-stage startups (Uprise, Umbrella).

💪🏼 At larger companies, I’ve loved learning from and mentoring other designers, setting a really high bar for quality and building alignment with stakeholders. I tend to go back to startups when I’m craving the dopamine rush of constantly shipping, learning and doing something different every day :)
